The Team Liquid franchise is one of the most respected in the world of professional video game competitions thanks to the large number of trophies they have managed to win in different titles such as Dota 2, CS: GO, Rainbow 6, Melee, Street Fighter and League of Legends. On the other hand, they have launched a new clothing line with the name of “The Akatsuki Collection” which has as its theme the organization of villains of the Naruto anime.
What does LIQUID x NARUTO bring us with The Akatsuki Collection?
The announcement of the collection has given much to talk about because of the large number of pieces that make it up, being a total of 18 items of clothing, among them are t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, caps, sweatpants and even jackets, all these garments are designed with details and characteristics of the members of the Akatsuki organization.
Liquid x Naruto: The Akatsuki Collection Deidara T-shirts
The first pieces of the collection are two Deidara-themed T-shirts, each with a different style. For the first one, an oversized design was used and its material is polyester, which offers a comfortable and lightweight fit. The T-shirt is black and has a white bird in the middle of the chest, referring to the character’s ability, on the back is an image of the character.
For the second t-shirt a conventional t-shirt design was used, this is red and on one side of the chest is the name of the team along with an image of Deidara, on the other hand, in the back we can see a black panel with the image of the character in white, this piece is made of cotton of very good quality.
Liquid x Naruto Itachi T-shirts
Despite being a villain, Itachi Uchiha is one of the most famous Naruto characters, so his presence in this collection is to be expected. Currently two t-shirts are available, both have a pattern that simulates the character’s skills, one of the garments has the colors red and vinotinto while the other uses gray and black, on one side of the chest you will find Itachi’s silhouette next to the team’s name, on the back in silkscreen we see some clouds with the brands that made the collaboration. The Akatsuki Collection Pain T-shirts
It was impossible for the leader of the Akatsuki organization to be left out of this collection, in fact, it has three t-shirts so you can choose the one you like the most. The first t-shirt is a minimalist black color and on the back is printed an image of Pain and his different bodies known as “the six paths of pain”. For the remaining two Pain t-shirts the same design was used, which is composed of a Rinnegan pattern in the central part of the chest and in the back a panel of the character and in the background this same pattern, the colors in which you can find this t-shirt are mineral black and white, both t-shirts were made from an extremely comfortable cotton.
Team Liquid x Naruto Zetsu Long Sleeve T-Shirt
For this Akatsuki member a long sleeve cotton t-shirt was used with a design that recreates the look of the character, the way to achieve this was by employing the vertical dipping technique to mimic the black and white part that defines the villain. Some details of the T-shirt is the Akatsuki emblem in the center of the chest and in the central part an image of all the members of the group with the Team Liquid logo in the background.

The last t-shirt of the collection has a minimalist design that represents the insignia of the organization, it is a red cloud. This cloud is in the middle of the chest and on the back of it. Its fit is natural and quite comfortable as it is made of top quality cotton.
Liquid x Naruto: The Akatsuki Collection Sweatshirts and Hoodies
Among the variety of sweatshirts that brings us the collection we have the Deidara as the first, made of brushed cotton in black color, we see the character on one side of the chest, with details like birds on the sleeves and finally a red panel with the distinctive pose of Deidara in the back.
The next garment is Itachi Uchica’s sweatshirt, this is a matte gray color and as details it has a red cloud in the middle of the chest. On the back is an image of Itachi along with the name of the franchise that made this collection.
One of the most striking garments is the short sleeve sweatshirt of Pain, this black cotton piece has as details words in reflective ink that you can find both on the sleeves and on the hood, it also has a front zipper. On the back you can find an image of the six paths of pain over the franchise name.
Finally, we have a sweatshirt with the theme of the organization in general, this garment has a design made in black cotton with red panels that are printed with a pattern. Both the front and back feature the Akatsuki cloud in chenille.

Being a large collection could not miss the pants, this time two of these were made with different characteristics. The first one is a pair of shorts ideal to combine with any other piece of this collection, it is made from the combination of two materials, cotton for the outside and polyester for the inside. It has an elastic waist and even has an adjustable belt, it is black and has the Team Liquid and Akatsuki logo on both sides. The second pants are sporty type ideal for a casual look, this garment is inspired by the clothing of the members of the organization. It is made of black cotton with pleated panels on the knees and printed panels on the sides. On the front we can see the Akatsuki logo and on the calves the Team Liquid insignia.
LIQUID x NARUTO Cap
This piece is made completely with polyester so you will never have problems with humidity when using it. It is completely black, has a chenille patch with the Akatsuki cloud on the front and behind a silkscreen with the team’s insignia, as details it has an adjustable strap to avoid sizing problems.
Tsukuyomi Jacket of Team Liquid x Naruto: The Akatsuki Collection
To finish the analysis of this collection we have as the last garment the most striking and loved by fans, the Tsukuyomi jacket. Inspired by Itachi Uchiha’s technique, this jacket has a black cotton exterior and its interior is lined with polyester, its hood is removable and has many pockets, making it a very practical and versatile garment. Despite being black its interior is completely red with an image of Itachi, its overall design is minimalist, carrying only as striking detail the characteristic cloud of Akatsuki in the back and on one of the sleeves a Team Liquid patch.
